Permanent roles can only be assigned to users from the Examination Center's view. When assigning a role within the test location, an expiration date must be set. Once this date is reached, the user's permissions for that role at the test location will automatically expire. ## User roles in the test location

The table has the following columns:
- **Name** – displayed as a link; clicking it opens the individual’s data card.
- **Personal ID Code** – if entered.
- **Email Address** – if entered.
- **Roles** – an individual may have multiple roles, each displayed on a separate line. The role includes its validity (if added) and the option to change its validity (e.g., school principal, performance location administrator, file uploader), along with an icon to remove the role.
- **Associated with Performance Location** – if the individual is linked to the test location (e.g., selected as a test supervisor), "Yes" will be displayed.
