The button analyzes the task’s compliance with requirements and displays the analysis results and identified errors in the "Checking task" window. During the task review, a table is displayed with the following columns:
A summary overview of the task is shown below the table. |
Button |
Classify / Classified |
The field displays whether the task is classified as "Classify" or "Not classified". By default, tasks are not confidential. Non-confidential tasks are accessible to users whose roles allow it or who are individually linked to the task. A task can be marked as confidential either here or within the test it belongs to. A confidential task is visible only to its creator, who also has the ability to remove the confidentiality status. An Administrator can also remove confidentiality. Confidential tasks added to a test are visible to test takers and task creators, but other Examodo users cannot see them, even in test previews. Clicking the "Classify" button opens a dialog box where an explanation for the confidentiality status can be entered. Pressing "Classify" confirms the classification of the task. |

End confidentiality | Clicking the button opens a dialog box where a justification for removing the confidentiality status can be entered. Pressing the "End Confidentiality" button in the dialog box removes the task’s confidential status. | The button appears for users who have the right to remove the task's confidentiality status. |
Lock of modification |
By default, a newly created task is not locked. Clicking the "Lock" button locks the task for editing. When locked, the field displays the message: "The content of the task is locked (the task has been used in trial test)." A task is automatically locked when it is used in a test. If the task is part of a confirmed test item set, it remains locked, and the visible content for test takers cannot be modified. If a task has been completed within a test and the responses have been graded, the evaluation matrix can no longer be modified. |
Drop-down menu |
Unlock | Clicking the button displays a warning message: “When you remove a lock, it's easy to do things that make the data inconsistent. Are you sure you want to remove the lock?” and options “Yes” - removes the lock and “Cancel” - closes the dialog box. Removing the task lock requires the user to have a special role. | The button appears for users who have the right to remove the task's lock. |
Task-related individuals are those who have been assigned an individual role to work on the task. Access rights depend on the role assigned to the user for that task. The user who created the task is automatically assigned the role of task creator. Users who have the rights to modify all task data can add or remove task-related individuals. To add someone, click the "Add" button, search for users, select them using checkboxes, choose the role for the individual from the role dropdown, and click the "Add" button. The selected individuals will be added to the list of task-related individuals. The individual connection to the task typically remains valid as long as the task is in the creation status.
