The Compilation History tab displays the task log. The log includes task creation, user assignments, status changes, and all modifications made to the task content. It is possible to search the history records by activity type, old data, or new data.

| Type | Search by activity type. In the task log, you need to copy the exact activity from the Type column or write the search term between percentage signs (e.g., %delete% searches for rows where the word appears in the Type column). |
